Flautas & Sopes (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it.
When you order, we collect your name, phone number, pickup store, pickup time, and order details. We do not collect or store your full credit or debit card number — payments are processed by Square and Stripe (see below).
We use your information to prepare and hand off your order, send pickup updates by text, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Online payments are handled by Square, Inc. and Stripe, Inc. They receive the payment details needed to process your charge and handle that data under their own privacy policies: squareup.com/legal/privacy · stripe.com/privacy
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your language preference, your pickup store, and your cart while you shop. We do not use advertising trackers.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of your information (we do not sell it). To exercise these rights, call any of our three stores.
